Sheer Devotion.

Sheer Devotion is an installation-based work that’s main purpose is to create a meditative, calm and serene space for the viewer. It further seeks to explore the dynamic of light; an element constantly referenced when pertaining to themes of religion or spirituality, and how it affects the image and overall energy of the installation.
The ethereal photographs printed on sheer fabric, affected directly by the time of day and light that goes through them create a space outside the enclosure of a mosque, church, synagogue or temple where the viewer can take part in a unique/individualized meditation where contemplation and reflection are encouraged.
